I always look forward to the annual Celebration Exotic Car Festival as each year they manage to bring something new to the show and the selection of exotic cars is as good as it gets. This year they had them all from a collection of the four Ferrari supercars to the McLaren P1 to the Porsche Spyder 918 and the one I wanted to see the most, the La Ferrari. I watched them back it out of the hauler and drive over to it's resting place and it is breathtaking to see in person. Another unexpected surprise was the appearance of a Vector. A rare exotic that tried to make the drive over from Tampa but ended up hitching a ride the rest of the way. When I drive the FORZA racing sim my go to car is the Ferrari FXX. It is so much fun so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the incredible FXX owned by Phil Bachman being pushed into place. It looked awesome in yellow and is the only one that originally came in that color. If you watch carefully in the video the inside driver door has stickers from all the tracks its been on and the list is very impressive. That car has some history. Not only were there the best of the best exotic cars there were some very cool iconic movie cars and a Happy Days reunion featuring Donny Most, Anson Williams and the " Fonz " himself, Henry Winkler all available for pictures and autographs. Friday night the Beach Boys played at the Hard Rock with John Stamos on drums and guitar.

100% of the net proceeds from the Celebration Exotic Car Festival are donated to various children's charities including Make-a-Wish, Special Olympics and Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. A great event for a worthy cause. It doesn't get any better than that. Another part of the event is the two track days held on Thursday and Friday before the Saturday car show in Celebration. Two days at the world famous Daytona international Speedway running the same course as the Rolex 24 Hour race many took their exotic cars for some memorable laps around Daytona. I was there for both days and captured the action as a wide selection of cars went out on the track. On Sunday is a more relaxing road rally starting in downtown Celebration and ending in Disney to finish an incredible four days of exotic car event. So many people donate their time to make this happen and it was a smooth ride from start to finish. I honestly don't know what they can do to top it next year and they don't really need to. Operating at this level is plenty good enough and I'm already putting it at the top of my must do list for 2016. The only thing that could spoil this event is the weather and with rain in the forecast for the car Show it still was perfect.
